Placed an order with A1 for some Muscle Milk and received a confirmation email. Was expecting the order to ship the same day. However a few hour later I received a phone call from A1 customer service rep, who told me that the flavor I order was backordered and he gave me so many options to choose from...I was very pleased with the variety of flavors and analogous products they had and I was treated as a king! Very professional, very polite and superknowledgable guys! I was even explained what was the big nutritional difference between similar items. The flavor I chose went out the same day by the way and I received it shortly after that. So I am very satisfied. Thx guys!
