I went to Fourways Edgars today and was looking for a certain pair of pants. I found them, but there weren't any in my size. I asked the person working in the Charter Club section, S'bongile, and she got hold of someone at the Crest branch. They had my size and would keep it for me. I went to collect the pants immediately, and Orelia at Cresta assisted me.

It took probably about 5 minutes, if not less, for S'bongile to find a branch that had what I was looking for. She was friendly and efficient. Orelia was also extremely friendly and had my pants with her when I got to Cresta.
