In any event, Ms*** is the wife of one of our Board members and her garage door has in fact been paintedYes it did have an issue with peeling, bubbling and cracking however after the vendor utilized Mr***'s suggestions for priming
the door (he used to sell paint) there hasn't been a problem to our knowledge and the Community Manager has inspected this door as recently as to weeks ago

FOR ONE THING IT DOESN'T MATTER IF MY HUSBAND IS A BOARD MEMBER, I AM COMPLAINING ON MY BEHALF SO ITS IRRELEVANT WHO I AM ***!! FOR ONE THING, THE GARAGE LOOKS AWFUL, ALL THEY DID WAS PAINT OVER IT AND YOU CAN STILL SEE THE OUTLINE OF WHERE IT PEELEDAND AS USUAL THIS MANAGEMENT COHAS A PROBLEM READING AS I ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT MY FRONT DOOR NEVER BEING FINISHEDALSO SINCE IT WAS BROUGHT UP, *** *** HAS TOLD ELITE ABOUT ALL THIS TIME AND TIME AGAIN AT THE BOARD MTG, FOR WHICH AGAIN IT WAS IGNOREDI WANT THIS TAKEN CARE OF I PAY MY DUES ON TIME AND I EXPECT MATTERS TAKEN CARE OF, THEY HAVE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THEM

On April 20, the garage door was painted againThe project manager rang the door bell to see if the resident was home to address the front door and door jambsSecurity door is blocking view of the front door but if the jambs need to be painted again, the vendor, Empire Work, is willing to come out and repaintAs for the garage door, per the vendor, it might just need to be painted every to months as the original epoxy finish and wood grain texture of the door is proving difficult to keep from bubbling with the direct exposure to the sunOnly future issue we see with this is the constant sanding is starting to diminish some of the "wood grain" on the doorPer conversations with the vendor, the water based paints just do not adhere as well as the oil based paints did to epoxy finishes and require more maintenance which he is willing to do if the door continues to peelAs for the front door, he will repaint again if necessary but someone needs to be home as the door will need to be left open for a few hours to allow the paint around he jambs to properly dry

Business called and indicated the customer dropped the vehicle off last week She isn't the original owner of the vehicle and her warranty was going to be expiring shortly They submitted the claim to Chrysler, which part was declined They re-submitted to Chrysler and it was
approvedThe vehicle was fixed and she picked it up this morning

I do not show Ms. [redacted] as a resident of the Arborwalk where the paving was done. If she resides in the Villas community, she had no business being parked in the other community. The residents of the Arborwalk were all notified via postcard...

of the pending work. Further, the Arborwalk community has a zero tolerance policy for overnight parking on the streets.

Review: This company will not answer my phone calls or voice messages over last 3 months, and will not return my garage deposit of 175$I had rented a garage under [redacted]. I have given a month and a half notice to the super and returned the key. I was sent bills for September and October despite giving the keys back in August. The bills stopped coming but no deposit was returned. Since then still no word from them and whenever I do get a human being on the phone they forward me to a full voice mail extension and when I try to call back, no reply.I am very frustrated, please help.Desired Settlement: Need my 175$ deposit back.
