The reservation for the Secor family was booked through Hotels.com for a double concierge room. We did not have a double concierge room available at the time of check in due to a stayover in that same room type. We only have 3 double concierges located on property. We did give them...
the same privileges they would have received in the initial reservation they were just not able to stay on the 8th floor. There was never a complaint about their room being outdated, dirty or there being a hole in wall made until this one with the Revdex.com. Their car was hit in the parking lot & [redacted] did come to the front desk asking for camera information. When our front desk reviewed the cameras we were able to see a pick up truck hit their car & we advised her to call the police department. [redacted] did not view the video herself. The police department did take 2 hours to get here due to it not being an emergency call. The video was watched by the responding officer and we as a hotel are unaware if the license plate was visible or not. Once he reviewed the video he handled the case with [redacted]. The hotel became aware of the problem prior to [redacted] reporting it because a guest had witnessed it the previous night and reported it the following morning.
