I am impressed with the professionalism and the level of service provided by the customer service representative Tim during my claims process and feel secure knowing my issue was resolved by using the technician Justin that was sent out from Flynn Electric Company, LLC. out of Maryville, TN. We (He) was able to isolate the issue and let my family get back to their normal routine. Each representative was polite and eager to get the job done right, while educating and providing updates throughout the process. Kudos to both guys for their work!
