Upon purchasing numerous items at the CVS pharmacy in Naples Florida where Mr. John Sanford is the manager, I forgot my listerine and cream on the counter, but knew I had paid for it as it was put in the bag. I had not realized that the items were missing until a week ago. By then of course I had thrown away the receipt.

So I thought I would attempt to go back to the store and ask if anyone had found the items. Mr. John Sanford, without blinking an eye remembered that I use his pharmacy quite a bit and believed me. He gave me both items and I truly appreciate his willingness to satisfy a long standing customer's request. The total amount was under $10.00 but his effort will pay the store back thousands as I will continue to shop any chance I have.
Mr. Sanford deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service.
