This was our second time to use our HWA. Our ice maker in our
Samsung refrigerator stopped working. I called and talked to Michelle, HWA service rep. Sears was selected and I received an email from Michelle with all the information. The next day Sears called to set up an appointment. The Sears technician was on time, repaired the ice maker and was gone. He was very professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. I would like to thank Sears for having such knowledgeable employees. Now we have ice again.

When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I get four emails with the exact same comment. There has to be an easy method you can remove me from that service? Appreciate it!
