This was our second time to use our HWA. Our ice maker in our
Samsung refrigerator stopped working. I called and talked to Michelle, HWA service rep. Sears was selected and I received an email from Michelle with all the information. The next day Sears called to set up an appointment. The Sears technician was on time, repaired the ice maker and was gone. He was very professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. I would like to thank Sears for having such knowledgeable employees. Now we have ice again.
I don't know if it's just me or if perhaps everyone else encountering issues with your site. It appears as if some of the text on your posts are running off the screen.
