I had been having problems with my Dell XPS laptop (Vista locking up, etc) and I had pretty much exhausted all of my options. I tried running some programs that some forums recommended, like HijackThis, and AdAware, but they didn't seem to help much. I even tried to talk with Dell tech support but I had my ear talked off by some freaking person in India who couldn't even help me that much... So, I googled for some tech support in my area, and New Millenium came up. I called and the guy I talked to was available the next day to come out and have a look. In about an hour, he had my laptop running really smooth, like the day I got it, and I have to say I've never been more grateful for computer help! If you're in the middle TN area and you need computer help these are the guys to call for sure. Reasonably price too.
