We still don't understand how being slandered online can be legal. We are told that the government actually defends the complaint sites. It was killing our business. We hired Reputation Advocate and they created an acceptable solution. They did not promise the moon or that they could get this crap removed; evidently it can't be done.



They returned every phone call, explained what was happening and why. We ended up getting a great marketing campaign because of the effort made (it helped justify the cost!). They told me right up front that they weren't the cheapest, they were upfront about it though.



If somebody asked me about Reputation Advocate I could say good things. The whole concept of having someone that doesn't even identify themselves put garbage on the internet about our company should be criminal. It is just wrong.
