RBA contacted me via phone about 8 months ago. I talked to some staff member they ran me through what they had to offer and all of it sounded reasonable and worth using their services.
I faxed over my paper work, they said they would begin working on it within a few days and they would call me back with a status update. They then called me and told me they did an asset location search on my debtor and they had money in their account, they needed money for litigation. I hung up the phone, they called back, we went back and forth and ultimately I did not want to pay money for litigation at the time.
A few months later they called back asking for litigation fees, we worked out a deal and I paid them money for the costs. Roughly 6 months have passed and I assumed that all hope was lost on this debt. Then I received a phone call that they had collected on my debtor, and recovered almost 80% of the original debt. About a month and a half later I received the check and I was extremely pleased. RBA was able to get me my money owed and I did send them another 2 cases after I received the check.
I am going to use them again, and I seem to have a much easier time lately contacting them and getting a hold of a staff member than before.
