Our first dealing with Zenni Optical was in late October 2009.

We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with their level of customer service and professionalism - evident from the moment we first emailed with enquiries on several products/frames, shipping, payment etc. Then, satisfied with their responses, we placed an order for several frames only - at 50% of the prices shown on the website because no prescription lenses were required. We were astounded when the complete order was delivered to our doorstep just FIVE days later.

We had thought we may have to wait for the 50% refund (of the total order, excluding shipping costs) but the credit was actually processed, literally, within minutes of the initial order charge to our Credit Card.

We have since had our prescriptive lenses put into our chosen frames and could not be more pleased with them ... plus --- we have had lots of compliments on how fantastic our new glasses look because the frames are so different to what is on offer here in Australia!

So from us, it's a big thumbs up Zenni Optical!!! Look forward to future dealings with you.
