I have to say the customer service in BB&B is pretty incredible. I was in the store the other evening for about 20 minutes and at least 5 different employees asked me if I was finding everything I was looking for. I don't know how many retail establishments don't give a rat's A$$ if you are finding what you need. Sometime you can't even find people to take your money. I will definitely continue to spend my money with them.
