Just want to share my experience with ordering my pet medications from totalpetsupply. I have read and heard so bad comments about this online shop. I have been a customer of theirs for quite some time now and i can say that no company is perfect. totalpetsupply may have it's fair share of delays but so as the others. what i love about this company is the courteous people that you talk to each time you call they are very helpful and very patient with assisting their customers in questions and ordering process you will never hear any tone in their voice of annoyance, that is customer service for me and that is what this company has unlike the others i have dealt with. just keep up your good work and keep those prices low...
