We recently upgraded to a complete FIOS package. Our home is almost 30 years old, and it has had some creative cabling over time. Marc our technician was fabulous. Whatever they are putting in the water cooler at Verizon these days, I want my staff to drink some. Endlessly patient, insured I had everything working, never said "that's not my job" and even called back the next day to make sure all was well. I couldn't be happier - even if all was not ok I would have been satisfied because of the personal interactions - Marc made our family's installation his number one priority while he was in our home and really cared about his work product.
